Benjamin Gold has been working as a physiotherapist since 2005. Ben is the director of Hub and Spoke Health (formerly Home Physio Melbourne), together with a Women’s Health Business – Physio2Mums, and HPT NYC in New York.

Ben attended the University of Melbourne, Australia attaining both his Science degree and his Physiotherapy degree for which he graduated with high honours. Whilst living in New York City, Ben furthered his studies by completing a Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy (MCMT), and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Ben is trained in the Geoffrey Maitland concept of Manipulative Physiotherapy – an Australian assessment and treatment technique which focuses on continuous assessment and feedback.

Ben is also proficient in Mulligan Mobilisation, Travell and Simons trigger point release, Neurodynamic Mobilisation, spinal manipulation, and Muscle Energy Techniques.
