Every service comes to you as a home visit. Physiotherapy, remedial massage and acupuncture can also be booked at our Balaclava clinic.

Common questions
Which service do I need for back pain?
Most people with back, neck or joint pain start with physiotherapy. Remedial massage and acupuncture often work well alongside it, and our Balaclava clinic can offer all three in the one place. If you are not sure, call 1800 166 167 and our team will talk it through with you.
Do you come to my suburb?
We deliver home visits across metropolitan Melbourne, plus parts of Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Mobile acupuncture covers all of Melbourne. Enter your suburb in the tool above to see exactly which services reach you.
Can I book more than one service?
Yes. Many patients see a physiotherapist and a remedial massage therapist, or work with an allied health assistant between clinician visits. Select up to three needs and we will match services for all of them.
Is this covered by NDIS, Support at Home or a care plan?
Hub & Spoke Health is a registered NDIS provider and works with Support at Home, TAC, DVA and Chronic Disease Management (CDM/EPC) plans. We work with support coordinators, plan managers and care advisors, so get in touch and we will confirm what applies to your situation.
What is the difference between a home visit and the Balaclava clinic?
On a home visit our practitioner brings their equipment to you, and can see your home environment to spot anything contributing to your symptoms. The Balaclava clinic gives you a private treatment room with the full range of equipment on site. Physiotherapy, remedial massage and acupuncture are available either way.
Can I have a telehealth appointment instead?
Nutrition and dietetics is available by telehealth anywhere in Australia. Hands-on services such as physiotherapy, massage and acupuncture need an in-person visit, so call us and we will find the right option.
