How it works?
We are dedicated to assisting those affected by motor vehicle accidents. If you’ve recently experienced one, follow the steps below to book your appointment with us.
- Confirm your eligibility: Your accident must have occurred in Victoria to qualify for TAC services.
- Report the accident: If you haven’t already, obtain a police report by contacting your local department.
- Claiming: Reach out to the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) to get your claim number.
Where can I be treated?
If you cannot leave your home, we will come to you. You may be eligible to receive your treatment at home at no extra cost.
How do I book my appointment?
Once you have your TAC claim number, simply call us on 1300 166 167 and quote your TAC number so we can arrange your appointment. We’ll follow-up with TAC on your behalf to confirm if you’re eligible to receive TAC physio visits at home and, if approved, we’ll manage all billing with the TAC, so you can focus on your recovery.
Family Involvement
Mobile home visits provide an opportunity for family members to actively participate in the care process. They can gain a better understanding of the patient’s condition and receive guidance on how to offer support at home.
Minimised Infection Risk
In certain situations, such as during a pandemic, mobile home visits can help minimise the risk of exposure to contagious illnesses that might be present in healthcare facilities. This ensures a safer healthcare experience for both patients and providers.
