Q: Will I be reimbursed for physio at home?
If you have private health insurance with extras, you will be reimbursed at the rate predetermined by your insurance carrier. This rate varies from patient-to-patient.
Q: Do you have a HICPAS machine?
We do not. But we provide you with a receipt with all the necessary information to claim from your Private Health Insurer.
Q: Which forms of payment do you take?
We accept direct bank transfer and credit card.
Do you accept Medicare?
Q: If your GP has given you an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, Medicare provides a rebate of $58 for up to 5 sessions. We can process this for you, so you only have to pay the gap.
