Jack Gava completed his undergraduate in Exercise and Sports Science at Australian Catholic University before going on to achieve his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology also at Australian Catholic University. Jack holds current CPR/First Aid certificates.

Jack is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Prior to starting at Home Physio, Jack has extensive experience in a range of clinical settings. Jack has worked in the fitness industry for the past six years across various Melbourne gyms and studios, helping clients from all walks of life improve their health and fitness. Specifically, Jack has worked with closely within cerebral palsy, motor neurone disease and Parkinson’s populations. These experiences have given Jack a strong clinical understanding which he looks forward to applying within the Home Physio community. Jack has always had a strong passion for exercise and thoroughly enjoys assisting his clients work towards their goals and making a positive impact on their lives.

In his time away from work Jack enjoys going to the gym, watching his footy team and a good cup of coffee.
