She has previously facilitated the Life! Program run by Diabetes Victoria and has extensive knowledge in managing both Diabetes Cardiovascular diseases through lifestyle changes. She strongly believes that exercise can be used as medicine and should be both fun and exciting! Courtney examines every aspect of a person’s lifestyle in order to ensure a holistic approach to care before developing a comprehensive plan to improve their health.

During her spare time, Courtney enjoys cooking, watching Marvel and Horror movies, water sports and travel.
