Charlotte Alldis is a dedicated mental health professional trained in psychology and art therapy and driven by a passion for individual and community well-being.

With experience in education, crisis support, community mental health, and neurocognitive services, Charlotte offers a person-centered approach, focusing on strengths and fostering hope. As an ANZACATA registered art therapist, Charlotte incorporates various therapeutic modalities, including Strengths-based Art therapy, trauma-informed care, and positive psychology. Experienced across age groups, she tailors her approach to meeting diverse needs, facilitating open studio groups and workshops for creativity and connection.

With a background in psychology and crisis support, Charlotte brings compassion and evidence-based practices to her therapy sessions, currently focusing on early intervention with children and families. Through gentle guidance and empathy, Charlotte empowers clients in self-discovery, skill-building, and emotional well-being through art. Charlotte is a practicing artist with a keen interest in painting.

She enjoys being out in nature and bush walks, bouldering and spending quality time with family and friends.

Located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, Charlotte offers sessions on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with flexibility for home visits and consultation.
