Alan Pham is an accredited exercise physiologist with a passion for helping and motivating others to reach their optimal health through movement, exercise and mindfulness. He obtained his Master of Exercise Physiology and Bachelor of Exercise Science at La Trobe University and has completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne.

Alan has had extensive experience working with a variety of people from all backgrounds including NDIS and DVA clients. He has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and has worked closely with clients to increase mobility and regain independence.

Alan takes a holistic approach to health and strongly believes that ‘exercise is medicine’ and uses it as part of his approach to help clients achieve their goals. He uses this ideology to tailor each individual’s exercise program to his or her specific needs and desired outcomes. Outside of work, Alan enjoys playing futsal, watching soccer, playing with dogs and 3D printing.
